Dear ISS Action Transportation Officers as you are aware Control Force has just been awarded a NEW TSO Contract in Tucson Arizona. At this time Control Force is now hiring ISS Action TSO's to work on this particular new contract. At this time Control Force will be paying the prevailing wage determination rate which is much lower then your present wage rate negotiated by our Union on behalf of the ISS Action TSO's in Tucson. With that being said, Control Force has agreed to recognize our Union should the majority of ISS Action TSO's who are hired by Control Force sign a new United Federation LEOS-PBA membership card indicating they wish to be represented by our Union. Once we receive the majority of these membership cards from those who have been offered jobs by Control Force then we will immediately inform Control Force of our majority status and this confirmed through FMCS a third party government agency. Once confirmed by FMCS we will begin the process of collective bargaining with Control Force in our attempt to RAISE THE CURRENT WAGE & BENEFIT rates presently being offered by the Company.
