73 Security Officers Working @ Nuclear Regulatory Commission look to switch unions

The list continues to grow of units seeking their freedom from the troubled security guard union out of Roseville, Michigan headed by Dave Hickey. On 7/14/2022 the law office of Beins, Axelrod & Keating, P.C. had filed a petition with the National Labor Relations Board NLRB on behalf of the Protective Service Officer's United (PSO United) to represent that 73 Security Officers Working @ Nuclear Regulatory Commission who work for First Coast Security.
A few weeks ago over a hundred Hana Industries Security officers working @ both the IRS HQ in Washington DC and New Carrollton unanimously voted by a score of 42 to 0 to leave Dave Hickey's security guard union to join the United Federation LEOS-PBA and our affiliated Union National Union of Special Police Officers (NUSPO). The NLRB has since certified these elections.

The security guard union out of Roseville, Michigan have lost thousands of members to our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA our affiliated unions, other security unions and RD & UD filings from its own members. Below is a list of just a few of their losses.
UPDATE: On 7/26/2022 the KR Contracting security officers working @ Nuclear Regulatory Commission have also decided to leave Dave Hickey's security guard union after hearing about the First Coast Security officers filing a NLRB petition to leave Hickey's union.
