A 4 Year Battle to Take Over Hawaii, Guam, Saipan & American Samoa is Finally Over after NLRB Certifies Election Results


November 6, 2024 is a day nobody will forget. for one — Donald Trump was elected the 47th president of the United States on this day Wednesday November 6, 2024, an extraordinary comeback for a former president who refused to accept defeat four years ago, sparked a violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, was convicted of felony charges and survived two assassination attempts.


On this day Wednesday November 6, 2024 after a four year battle which began in 2020 and a number of NLRB filings, elections, objections to these elections, unfair labor charges, a settlement agreement, labor postings, many trips to Hawaii, Guam and Saipan by our representatives, meetings and a number of delays along the way to represent the 157 Paragon Systems, Inc Protective Service Officers (PSO's) in Hawaii Guam Saipan and American Samoa the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) had finally issued a REGIONAL DIRECTOR’S DECISION ON INTERVENOR’S OBJECTIONS AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE.
