This is an action brought by the United States to recover damages and civil penalties under the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-33, and under the Anti-Kickback Act, 41 U.S.C. § 8706, and to recover all remedies available under common law claims for payment under mistake of fact and unjust enrichment.
On November 6, 2024 SPiT-FA Vice President @ Large Rick O'Quinn suddenly resigned his position one day after the Department of Justice filed its civil lawsuit against Mabel O'Quinn, Rick O'Quinn's wife and Patronus Systems, Inc.
One must wonder if former SPiT-FA Vice President Rick O'Quinn was forced to resign his position by SPiT-FA President David L. Hickey shown above in his wheelchair, and if so, WHY?
Based on recent website postings by SPiT-FA they claim that this situation has now turned into a criminal investigation and both O'Quinn's Mabel & former SPiT-FA Vice President @ Large Rick O'Quinn may be in the center of this CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The question now becomes if this is true, what was SPiT-FA Vice President Rick O'Quinn's involvement with Patronus Systems, Inc & Patronus Systems Partners, LLC while holding the number 2 position as well as being SPiT-FA President David L. Hickey's right-hand man and adviser to SPiT-FA International President David L. Hickey?
