Paragon Hawaii Guam Saipan & American Samoa Receive the Highest Wage Increase Ever in its History

Trick or Treat? The Paragon Systems, Inc PSO's in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa will receive the highest wage increase they have ever seen come December 1, 2023. Hawaii will receive a $3.00 raise while Guam, Saipan and American Samoa will receive a $2.25 cent raise. In addition to the above $0.75 cents from the health and welfare will now go directly into the Paragon PSO's paycheck in Hawaii and $5.00 an hour will be paid directly in the paycheck for those in Guam, Saipan and American Samoa brining their total wage rate $27.65 an hour.
Our Union, United Federation LEOS-PBA Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa just recently was successful in winning this NLRB Paragon Systems, Inc election by a score of 64 to 11 in another embarrassing loss for SPiT-FA president David L. Hickey.
The United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association was just recently successful in negotiating a $3.50 cent raise on behalf of the NYC Paragon PSO's in New York City bringing their wages up from $33.50 an hour to $37.00 an hour. In addition our Union was also successful in negotiating an additional $0.45 cents an hour in their H&W bringing their new rate up from $5.05 an hour to $5.50 an hour. In total this was a $3.95 cent wage & HW increase.
In Los Angeles, California our Union was successful in negotiating the highest wage increase ever when we were the first 9(b)3 security union to negotiate a wage rate over and above $40.00 forty dollars an hour. In Los Angeles. In Los Angeles we were not only successful in hitting the $40.00 and hour mark we were successful in negotiating a wage rate of $40.57 an hour plus a $5.50 wage rate per hour in their health and welfare.
In San Diego, California our Union was also successful in negotiating the highest wage increase ever on behalf of the San Diego Paragon protective service officers PSO's when our Union negotiated a $40.00 dollar an hour wage rate.
"No other Paragon PSO unit in the country other than Los Angeles and San Diego has reached the $40.00 dollar an hour wage rate and no other 9(b)3 security Union anywhere in the country was able to reach this $40.00 dollar an hour rate" .

In Boston our Union was also successful in negotiating the highest wage increases that the Paragon Boston PSO's have ever received after we were successful in winning that NLRB election in another embarrassing loss for SPiT-FA President Dave Hickey.
