Paragon PSO's in Hawaii Are Excited to Vote YES for the United Federation LEOS-PBA

Honolulu, Hawaii 9/12/2023 - United Federation LEOS-PBA Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association representatives met with Paragon Systems, Inc Hawaiian Protective Service Officers PSO's across the street from the Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole federal building in our greet & meet Union meeting on the benefits of joining our Union United Federation LEOS-PBA. During this informal greet & meet these Paragon PSO'S had an opportunity to ask many questions on how our Union could help them in the future.

In addition to the above the United Federation LEOS-PBA also invited former Paragon President Les Kaciban as our special guest who welcomed our invitation to to attend todays greet and meet. Les Kaciban was very instrumental in answering many questions and the inner workings on how the service contract act works, while explaining in detail his vision on how to improve wages, benefits and other conditions of employment of these Paragon Hawaiian protective service officers (PSO's) once the United Federation LEOS-PBA is voted in as the new representatives of the 140 Paragon PSO's in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa now represented by SPiT-FA.

After learning that the United Federation LEOS-PBA was having a greet and meet of Paragon Systems Inc PSO's in Hawaii along with our special guest former Paragon President Les Kaciban, SPiT-FA National Organizing Director Dwayne Phillips & SPiT-FA Vice President Ryan Kelly who is responsible in servicing these PSO's suddenly appear in Hawaii from Roseville, Michigan at our planned greet and meet meeting after not being seen for over 3 to 4 years in their attempt to disrupt our meeting. The Paragon Systems, Inc Hawaiian PSO's were not impressed or fooled by SPiT-FA's sudden unannounced appearance and/or their antics and foolish unprofessional clown like behavior by SPiT-FA National Organizing Director Dwayne Phillips (above left) who refused to leave & insisted he had a right to stand their since it was public property.

After being asked to leave several times by the United Federation LEOS-PBA and the Paragon PSO' officers refusal to take their challenge coins, both SPiT-FA National Organizing Director Dwayne Phillips (r) & SPiT-FA Vice President Ryan Kelly (l) decided it was best to leave our Union meeting. Thereafter they both sat in the back corner for sometime by themselves with a worried look on their faces, while the United Federation LEOS-PBA representatives and former Paragon President Les Kaciban continued to meet with the Paragon Hawaiian PSO's throughout the day to answer all of their questions and concerns including where was their 401k money SPiT-FA was entrusted to hold on their behalf and was unaccounted for as noted by the many Paragon PSO officers we spoke to today.

United Federation LEOS-PBA representatives & Les Kaciban will be in Honolulu, Hawaii for the next two weeks holding several greet and meet meetings as well as assisting these Paragon PSO's throughout the NLRB election process which begins on the 18th of September.
