Rest in Peace Port Authority Police Department K9 Oscar, E.O.W. 01/03/2022. K9 Oscar served courageously and faithfully with his partner, Port Authority Police Officer Michael "Chip" Valentine, protecting the people of New York, New Jersey and the millions using Port Authority facilities daily. Oscar was nine years old and for seven years patrolled Port Authority facilities as an explosives detection canine. The members of the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association are saddened by Oscar's passing and thanks him for his selfless service. The Port Authority PBA will always honor and remember K9 Oscar. Oscar, rest in eternal peace.
