United Federation LEOS-PBA Negotiates a 11.5% Wage Increase for Paragon PSO's in Upstate NY


March 9, 2021 - Bargaining committee members of the United Federation of Special Police & Security Officers UFSPSO and the United Federation LEOS-PBA representatives met with Paragon President Les Kaciban shown above and counsel Jean Dober via Zoom for negotiations on behalf of the 280 Paragon System protective service officers PSO's in upstate New York. When all was said and done the Union was successful in negotiating one of the highest wage increase these Paragon Systems PSO's have ever seen a 11.5% wage increase in the first year of the contract and a $1.00 wage increase in year 2 and 3. In addition the Union was successful in negotiating stronger language protecting their rights and job security as well as the right to cash out their sick leave at the end of the year.
